How to use

Whole-leaf herbs make a big difference in brewing flavorsome infusions, keeping their aromas and beneficial properties for longer. You’ll just need a pot and a strainer to brew herbal tea at home. Use one teaspoon (approximately 1g) of herb for every 250ml cup. Infuse for 4-5 mins at 95°C, covered. Strain and serve. If you prefer your tea sweetened, you can add some honey. Herbal teas do not contain caffeine.
