How to use
How to use
1 shot per day, always after breakfast or lunch.
Additional tips:
Use for at least 4 weeks, ideally 8-12 weeks
Shake well and drink immediately, not on an empty stomach (may also be added to water, juice or smoothie)
Why not on an empty stomach: Clear Skin contains zinc. On an empty stomach, this can be a bit too strong and may cause nausea. Therefore, take it after a meal, preferably one with some fat and fiber for comfortable absorption.
Clear Skin is recommended for young people and adults aged 12 and over.

Water, galacto-oligosaccharide (Biotis® GOS-O)(derived from milk), zinc gluconate, stinging nettle extract (Urtica dioica L.), hyaluronic acid, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), copper gluconate, chromium picolinate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), acidifier (citric acid), natural flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate).
Allergens: contains milk and milk-based products (including lactose).
