About
Meaning “joy of the mountain,” oregano broadly spans forty varieties, but Greek oregano is widely praised as one of the best. We source ours from high-altitudes where the nights are colder and the sun stronger, concentrating the essential oils that contribute to the herb’s heady fragrance. Since we keep the leaves on the branches and bundle them in bouquets, our oregano can be crushed ala minute, releasing stronger and richer aromas than the crushed alternative. Our bouquets are one of our more intricate products to produce —our skilled workers assemble only fifteen per hour. They do require proper storage to maintain their precious intensity, we recommend a tall glass jar.

How to use
How to use
Crush the leaves by hand before using. For a fragrant party trick, we suggest leaving a few branches on a dinner table and inviting your guests to break down the leaves themselves before enjoying.
Best for: Marinades, sauces, or salads. Oregano’s aroma can fade or make certain foods taste bitter when overcooked, so we recommend adding it midway through cooking or towards the end.
