Mountain Tea bouquet
Mountain Tea bouquet
About
The gentle twigs of this special medicinal plant make a soothing herbal tea that's great anytime.
High-quality Mountain Tea has a delicate, herb-like taste with a hint of honey. It's caffeine-free and grows on rocky slopes above 1,000 meters in Greek mountains. The tea comes from an organic farm near Grevena in Northern Greece. The supplier was one of the first to cultivate a unique green and purple variety, packed with more flavonoids, antioxidants, and phenolic content than others you find in stores.
This herb, called Sideritis, used to be a traditional remedy for boosting the immune system and fighting various health issues. Recent research even suggests it can improve memory and learning when used regularly.
